Dr. Melissa Loseke

Dr. Loseke is an innovator in medicine and a dedicated physician specializing in anti-aging and regenerative medicine, peptide therapy, cellular repair and optimization, sports medicine, tissue, and joint repair. She is widely considered an expert of women’s and men’s hormonal health, sexual health, aesthetics, and overall wellness.

From the time she was just a little girl growing up, she knew exactly who she wanted to be, a Doctor. “I vividly remember my passion for wanting to help and heal people. That passion today burns bright, if not brighter  as it did as a three year-old girl growing up.  Raised in the country, in small town Columbus, Nebraska, that’s where my roots and values of hard work and serving others were instilled.” Those values carried with her through her life putting herself through college and medical school, acheiving her life long dream of practicing medicine. 

Dr. Loseke graduated in 2002 from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She completed her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University in May of 2006.  She completed internship and partial anesthesiology residency at Des Peres Hospital in January, 2008. Dr. Loseke then finished her residency in Family Medicine at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha in 2010. Dr. Loseke’s professional career began in family medicine with Methodist Physician’s Clinic where she gave comprehensive medical care to men, women and children of all ages.

In 2012, Dr. Loseke became Medical Director of Freedom Healthcare in Lincoln, a group of clinics specializing in the treatment of joint pain, soft tissue injuries and sports injuries. During her time at Freedom Healthcare, Dr. Loseke developed her expertise and treatment modalities in visco-supplementation with hyaluronic acid, biologics product injections and various stem cell therapies under ultrasound and c-arm guidance. 

In October of 2014, Dr. Loseke was asked to become Medical Director for Restorative Health in Omaha, NE; where she led overall patient health initiatives and medical staff in regenerative medicine. She advised and provided leadership for six clinics nationally. During her tenure, Dr. Loseke became an expert in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), Platelet-Rich Plasma Product utilization and various aesthetic procedures helping men and women achieve better wellness.  In 2017, Dr. Loseke completed her certification of Low Level Laser Therapy through Aspen Laser and began treating high school, collegiate and professional athletes, along with multiple members of the community.

In June 2018, Melissa joined Limitless Male Medical as a treating physician and became Chief Medical Officer.  Her role was to help develop and create regenerative protocols in the areas of testosterone replacement, joint pain, weight loss, weight management, erectile dysfunction, and PRP therapies. Dr. Loseke introduced peptide therapy to enhance the span of wellness to the Omaha market and beyond.  In August 2019, Dr. Loseke was asked to serve as Medical Director for Trillion Health and Hormone specializing in women’s hormones, health and wellness.  She was integral in the launching of Trillion Health and the overall success of both Limitless Male and Trillion Health.

Dr. Loseke was the first physician in Nebraska certified through the Cellular Medicine Association to perform and teach trademarked Vampire Facelift™, Vampire Facial™, Vampire Breast lift™, O-Shot™ and P-shot™ procedures. She also holds treatment certifications from Allergan™ (Botox™, Juvederm™, etc.), Skin Medica™ products, and Galderma™ (Dysport™, Restylane™, etc.), in addition to Venus Legacy certification and training.  Dr. Loseke was the first physician in Nebraska that was A4M certified in peptide therapy and she is the only physician in Nebraska to achieve fellowship status through Seeds Scientific Research and Performance in peptide therapy and cellular medicine.

Dr. Loseke is also certified and trained in administering Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) through Aspen Laser and is an active member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) and International Peptide Society, amongst others.
